Some ingredients are imported to preserve the soul of the Mediterranean, but we also stay grounded in what grows nearby, aligning with the Locavore philosophy: cook from the closest surroundings, as long as it doesn't compromise the integrity of the dish.

Our sky bar menu balances bold, herbaceous signatures like the Mistral and Frago-cchio with timeless classics such as the Sunset Spritz and Negroni, each one thoughtfully mixed using imported spirits and Mediterranean-inspired ingredients like thyme, rosemary, celery leaf, and warm spices such as cardamom, cumin, and star anise.
